Denim - Embellished, Patched, Released Hems
This winter/spring you'll see a lot of denim with patchwork and embellishments. My personal favorite denim trend right now is the frayed hem.  It looks fabulous with a good chunky heel and over-sized sweater.
Metallic Finishes
Think iridescent textures and futuristic accents

Stripes Galore
Who doesn't love stripes? Fashion's favorite print is timeless and totally wearable. Next year, get ready to see stripes in all sizes and colors on everything from chunky sweaters to knit dresses and oversize shirts.

Ruffle Sleeves
A cozy sweater with added flounce is the perfect way to be feel comfy but look chic during the cold weather days. Don't forget to top it off with some fun accessories to complete the look.

Embellished Slippers
These functional flats are going to give the loafer a run for their money in 2017. What could be better than a comfortable & fashion forward slipper!?

Puffer Coats
This trend makes keeping oneself stylish and cozy a piece of cake. Try a pastel puffer coat for the ultimate chic winter look.

Pink Everything
Whether it be blush rose or bright magenta, the color pink has been popping up at all the retailers this season.  I'm a big fan of this one and I can't wait to try out some head-to-toe-pink looks.

Platform Boots
This year gave rise to many different bold shoe trends but for 2017, I am most looking forward to the big funky platforms. They're so versatile and I think they make your legs look long and lean...... Win-win in my book.

The Tracksuit
I put this one last because I think it's going to be the one I'm most hesitant about trying. I have seen it done right and it looks awesome but I have also seen it done really really wrong. This one is tricky but with the right accessories and shoes, it makes for a killer outfit.

As always, thank you for reading along today.  I hope you all have a fabulous weekend and if you try out some of these new trends, feel free to share them below in the comments!!
